PROJECTS

    • Standard Motor Products – Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager application combines a set of intricate business rules with a complex ColdFusion powered backend. This application is widely deployed by this $700 million dollar company. The application is now used by NAPA, Carquest, O’Reilly, and SMP. The system tracks scheduling, attendance and receivables for all of Standard’s training clinics, with an extensive reporting engine.
    • Electricurrent Technologies. Resonant Media was contacted by this leading, Canadian development firm to troubleshoot a complex transaction server problem in one of their ColdFusion web applications. The outcome was recovery of lost revenue for Electicurrent’s client and decreased user support.
    • MacFarlan Realty Investments. Resonant Media was contacted by this successful investment firm to redevelop and deploy their Microsoft Access based Investor Management System.
    • SensorLogic. Resonant Media was contracted on multiple occasions to do java web service based, ColdFusion integration projects.

Manager of Media Services CAM International (July 2005 – Present)
http://www.caminternational.org  CAM International is a multi-national, mission sending, and equipping organization. I am responsible for all programming, budgeting, and managing all offsite contractors. The sites are developed in Spanish and English. I was hired to manage the transition
of the organization to a internet intensive ministry as well as to manage existing PHP and Perl based applications. We are currently in a 3 year development cycle to develop a unified, multi-lingual tool that will be used to managed our entire web presence across all of our fields.

Technical Lead / Co-Founder NetAccountability (2001 – 2004)
http://www.netaccountability.com  NetAccountability and PureRestoration are subsidiaries of the NetAccountability Foundation. Their TDI based Internet analysis software has been deployed globally and is considered the top of its class. While at NetAccountability, I have negotiated with software companies to save the organization more than $10,000, been responsible for finding and deploying several sales and support applications to serve a user base of nearly 12,000 users. I have also been responsible for process design and development including credit card processing, registration, and content management. Additionally I have been responsible for managing or performing all application testing, as well as a 3,360 man-hour software optimization project.

PROJECTS

  • Designed backend management solutions. Responsible for application design and development for numerous web projects. Including a credit card processing gateway interface, registration system and a complete content management solution. Utilized the latest technology for ColdFusion, ColdFusion Components (CFCs) CFCs bring object oriented design to rapid application development. The content management solution utilizes a WYSIWYG editor and java-based spell checker to provide the end user with a quick and easy way to deploy web content. This management solution also includes a dynamic QuickTime video library that can be syndicated to other sites.
  • Managed customer support for a user base of 12,000.  Implemented the RightNow e-Service Center CRM tool to automate customer support requests reducing the support workload by 70%. Roughly 95% of customer requests were answered satisfactorily without ever talking to or communicating with support staff.
  • Managed application optimization project. In this 3,360 man-hour development effort, we contracted an offsite team to do the development. The NetAccountability software uses a client/server model and utilizes C++, Kernel Level TDI Drivers, C#, SOAP, and .NET web services. I was responsible as the technical contact on the NetAccountability team to manage this offsite team. In addition, the NetAccountability software has gone through two other development cycles. I have been responsible for performing or managing all of the in-house and user beta testing for all 3 development cycles.
  • Responsible for network operations and software purchases. Responsible for all systems in our collocation facility, as well the Windows 2003 local network. Responsible for managing IP telephony for the office personnel. Negotiated with software companies to save the Foundation approximately $10,000 by utilizing our non-profit status.
  • Managed SQL database and security operations. The NetAccountability software processes nearly 500,000-1,000,000 URLs each day. The security of this data is vital. I was responsible for managing the implementation of a three interface NetScreen firewall that gave the security needed. Assisted in doing a complete system security audit for all systems at our collocation facility.
